What is your refund policy?
Our returns are easy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase for your fur kids! If you are unhappy with your purchase then you can return the item by mail within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus shipping charges. All products may be returned unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable. Returns are issued within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise.
